Have you ever had anything really infuriating happen to you that was never resolved?

I used to live in a 2-bed flat with my young son and the water company changed me £84 a month. This was 10 years ago. I called constantly saying that there was no way this could be right and I thought I was paying for the two other flats. They insisted otherwise so my DD stayed the same. Anyway, we moved to another much cheaper region and that was that. Ten years later, I’m back in the same water region. I now live in a 4 bed house with 3 adults and the same company are charging £55 per month 🤔

I just KNOW I’m right but not a single person would listen and that’s what infuriated me the most.

Anyone else want to share?!

Don’t talk to me about crumpets, that’s a sore point today. I went down this morning all excited to have some, only to find that DH had given that last two to DSS last night.

Yes, EE billed me twice one month after an upgrade and I never got my money back despite showing them bank statements. I'd been with orange/EE for 20 years and never had an issue before.
I left them the minute the contract was up and still give the shop a hard stare when I go past the shop.
