Dd and I are due to go to a concert tonight. Dd bought the tickets and I assumed she had received them. This morning she says she never got them and when she went on the tracker, it said that someone had signed for them but the signature wasn't any of us. Is there any chance that we can turn up at the venue and sort this out? We can prove purchase but I have a horrible feeling we won't get in. Does anyone have experience of this?
