Kinder products not on the recall list- eat or throw away?

Just getting out the Easter eggs and I've found some Kinder bunnies that I had forgotten about. They aren't on the recall list but I can't help but feel nervous about giving them to the DC. Is anybody else avoiding all Kinder products? Or am I being silly?

Do not risk it

Why would you throw away food there's nothing wrong with - If it's not on a recall list what's the issue?

If they aren't on the recall list I would eat. If you are really nervous then you eat them instead of the children (bigger body mass). It will be down to specific factory runs that caused the bad batches.

I’m throwing. Got some eggs, I’m keeping the toys but getting shot of the chocolate. Really not risking it.

I’d chuck it, wouldn’t take the risk.

Dies it say where it was made? Think its the factory in Belgium that's implicated in the salmonella contamination

Personally, I wouldn't chance it. The company was very irresponsible in its reaction to the outbreak, which is why the factory got closed. I'd sooner not chance hospitalisation.

I’ve thrown mine away. Not on the recall list but neither were the kinder eggs with the longer use by dates that I have to my children a few days ago until kinder changed the recall to include them. I’m not risking it.

Thanks for the input- I ended up not giving them to the kids but I am still tempted to eat them myself Grin
