I've just filled out a tex rebate form for working from home, only to discover it's nothing to do with HMRC 😳😥

I'm worried about who now has my information and what it might be used for, I gave my home address, name, email address and telephone number.

What should I do, can I do anything?

It was a via a Facebook ad. I've reported the page

I feel so stupid!! I'm always so very careful with things like this and never thought I would be fooled with things like this Sad

Apparently the company is making rebate claims on your behalf: that's the extent of the scam. Contact HMRC to make your own claim straight away, and make them aware that any other claim on your behalf is fraudulent.
