Can I go in a hot tub 5 weeks post birth?

I have been invited to a BBQ today at MILs. She's setting up the hot tub for the first time this year. Would I be able to go in? I'm 5 weeks post birth and haven't had any bleeding in about 8 days. I also (luckily) had a really easy birth so had no stitches or internal injuries. Happy to be told I'll have to sit and watch today.

Have you been checked out by your midwife?

I think it should be fine with no birth injuries and no bleeding.
