What was the best gift you received when you had your first?

Just that really.
My SIL is due her first baby in the next couple of months and I wanted to put together a little hamper of essentials for her and baby, other than the obvious vests, muslins, sleepsuits etc what's the best things to add? What were the best things you received or have gifted?

A friend got me a delivery pass for one of the delivery supermarkets.

And another got me a pretty kimono top that was perfect for breastfeeding and for making me feel a bit less tired looking!

The first was in the '70's, and it would have to be a teddy bear that my friend gave them. They still have it over 40 yrs later.
