My 15 year old is out

I have been having alot of problems with my 15 year old. There are mental health issues . He's been very aggressive to me . Smashing the house up ect . Although that has slowed. He also self harms. We are waiting on camhs.

So tonight he's at his sisters house he was meant to stay over . We live in a rough area. Where stabbings are not uncommon. He has decided he wants to come home abd he's getting the night bus. I can't get him as I don't drive. And I'm on my own with young children. He's done simlar before. I'm worried sick something could happen to him. He does not see the issue. I just don't get why he does it.

Glad he’s back safely. Nothing you could have done at that point, being home with your younger ones was the priority and he made a decision to go out late. The chances of anything bad happening to him are still very low, even in a rough neighbourhood, but I know you still worry. Hope you can get him the support he needs. And at least now you can both get a decent nights sleep
