Can you please help me find this dog collar?

Hi, my elderly dog has always worn the gold collar with silver bones on it from Pets at Home, as in the photo. Unfortunately his last collar broke and they no longer sell in this colour. DH bought a replacement collar but I am irrationally upset that we can no longer get ‘his’ collar.

I know that sounds nuts, but he is elderly now and unlikely to be with us for that much longer. Ever since he was a puppy he has always had the same style of collar and it is something I wanted to keep after he is no longer here. I stupidly threw the old collar away so can’t keep that and I don’t have the same personal attachment to this new one.

I know I am being silly to let this bother me but does anyone know where I can get this collar/ very similar in a medium size (to fit a small spaniel)?I have seen one on eBay but is too small. It doesn’t need to be the same one exactly as I know this is discontinued but something in the same colour/ similar design would be perfect.

Alternatively, can you get the collar mended. Maybe a shoe repair place could splice it with the too small eBay one?

Was thinking as above, that a shoe repair person may be able to add into a larger collar. Or maybe someone on Etsy.

Message the seller on Ebay and ask them can they locate one, they might do it for a premium ?

That eBay seller has lots of PatH stock, deffo worth messaging to see if she has one or can get hold of one.

Thank you so much lovely Mumsnetters! @Amillionbrokenpieces that second one you linked to is an extremely close match. I also really like the paws one you linked to @UniKittie.

I am going to message the seller and see what they say. Then if they can’t get hold of one I am going to look at reviews for the two mentioned above and order one of them. I know this is such a non-issue to some people but it has been really bugging me and I am absolutely chuffed to bits that I now have a couple of excellent options going forward. Thank you so much for everyone that has offered help on this 😊
