British Gas Meter Reading 31/3

Hello. Has anyone who completed a meter reading on 31 March and submitted through British Gas online form rather than within the app had their readings updated yet? Everytime I go on to the app to check it asks me to submit a reading, but I've already done it! Am worried about what happens when I submit my end of April if the March reading hasn't caught up. Have tried the online chat and they never have anyone available. Thanks

I did it and it showed up on my account a couple of days later. If it is not showing up by now I would probably try and submit it again if I were you.

The plot thickens, have managed to get hold of someone, 3 readings were submitted on the same form. 1 has been received but not the others 🤦‍♀️
