I can't stand Ryan's world.... What is the worst thing your DC watch on TV?

Unfortunately the kids love Ryan's world, but I really hate it. My reasons for this are:

1. The videos are so annoying and the parents voices grate on my last nerve. The DD's are currently watching a video where Ryan is playing a 'game' of copying everything the Mum does, as though to encourage kids at home to do the same.
2. It's such a false depiction of family life where the parents and kids are always happy. If the parents could show themselves shouting at the kids for 10 minutes to put their shoes on or begging them to be quiet for a few minutes it would be so much more realistic...
3. On a more serious note, I think the parents have exploited Ryan just to make money out of him and sell Ryan's world merchandise. I'm not convinced it can do a kid good to be that famous a such a young age.

Can I just ask about Blippi? The Blippi actor on YouTube is not the Blippi actor on nexflix. Was it YouTube Blippi who did a bad thing so now we have the new lad?

Fake Blippi, as he is called in our house, is/was for the stage show.

Stevin Johns is getting married and having babies and is worth millions so presumably didn't want to be spaffing about all over America in soft plays so much anymore if he replaced himself 😂

Netflix has proper Blippi because that's the older stuff.

Vlad and Nikki is kids current annoying fave. I actually don't mind cocomelon, blippi is annoying but Vlad and Nikki more so

Blippi is the character, now played by 2 actors. So they can be in more places at once/do more videos. Real blippi has a TV best friend now who he does videos with and fake blippi does the netflix ones, live shows and other blippi YouTube videos

I hate Ryan's world I don't like the mom her voice is very squeaky and annoying. The videos and very bad. I also think Ryan is old enough to move on from his channel (if he wants). He also needs to be doing other things as well because he is only 11, and his parents expose him.

I have banned my nieces out from watching him and other shows like A for adley, Blippi, Diana, and Ryan's world. These are annoying channels and I have managed with her grandma who lives with her family to stop these videos including her parents. My grandma also said these videos are cheap and don't teach anything.

We ended up banning those channels and allowing her to watch quality made shows in a studio like Bubble Guppies, Peep and Chirp, Peppa Pig, Bear in the big blue house, Sesame Street, Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood, Wiggles, Shawn the Sheep, Umizoomis and many more shows like these. These are good shows and some of them I grew up with. I was born in 2007.

If they refuse just take away the device and most times just allow them to play outside. Also sometimes YouTube has inappropriate "kid" videos so I would not allow my future kids with YouTube. (Unless its clean or has slime or fidgets)

Trinity and Madison - one of the kids had to go for a vaccination and the dad was filming the girl screaming her head off afterwards, I banned DD from watching it after that.
Zamfam with screechy Rebecca whose voice goes through me like a power drill.
Dd discovered a youtube channel today which is a group of dogs dressed in various outfits and given 'voices' while they go off on various adventures. I found this one fairly amusing

Tractor ted has lots of dvd's we had to work our way through all of them, multiple times!
