I can't stand Ryan's world.... What is the worst thing your DC watch on TV?

Unfortunately the kids love Ryan's world, but I really hate it. My reasons for this are:

1. The videos are so annoying and the parents voices grate on my last nerve. The DD's are currently watching a video where Ryan is playing a 'game' of copying everything the Mum does, as though to encourage kids at home to do the same.
2. It's such a false depiction of family life where the parents and kids are always happy. If the parents could show themselves shouting at the kids for 10 minutes to put their shoes on or begging them to be quiet for a few minutes it would be so much more realistic...
3. On a more serious note, I think the parents have exploited Ryan just to make money out of him and sell Ryan's world merchandise. I'm not convinced it can do a kid good to be that famous a such a young age.

What's the most annoying this your DC watch?

All of the bloody American you tubers. Unspeakable, team Rar, Preston.

There’s a little Aussie girl on YouTube that puts on the most grating voice for her dolls. I have deleted all her videos from the history so DD can’t find them anymore. It’s for my sanity.

I know exactly who you men and I too couldn't stand her at first. If you watch the stories she creates though they're bloody funny! She's a clever kid if you can get past the awful voices!

Biff and bloody Chip. The theme tune is a dirge, and how are they meant to be twins when they haven't even got the same accent?!
I can't abide fucking Andy and his dinosaurs/band/cavemen/whatever else. He's a gurning twonk, it's never his things he breaks is it?? and he's clearly shagging someone up high because he's in EVERYTHING.

I don't actually know the names of the endless blur of Youtubers that ds watches now, the ones that drive me batshit are the shrieking ones. They film themselves playing a Minecraft/Roblox etc game then give a running commentary. Fine so far, but then instead of just speaking they yell and shriek in high pitched voices. It's bizarre. They're banned on our downstairs tv now.

My girls love come play with me and roblox videos like Janet and Kate or CookieSwirlC. I don't really understand watching kids play with dolls or playing a computer game just play it yourself

DD watches videos of grown adults playing with Paw Patrol toys on YouTube. I can't stand it!
Also BabyBus with the two pandas with the most annoying voices you've ever heard and the songs are just nonsense 🙃🙃🙃

Minecraft videos on YouTube with inaccurate spelling, punctuation and grammar. Makes my teeth itch. Plus the irritating man children shouting into their head sets 😑

Haven't read the thread but Elsia and Annia are banned in this house. They made DD very naughty. It's so inane as well but like crack cocaine to DD. As soon as I banned her from watching it her behaviour transformed.
Now she is into a Korean show called Bread Barber Shop which is really ugly and cheap looking.

My DD watches this American family I can't think what their YouTube name is but there is mum dad and a bunch of tweens and they make videos pretending that there are 'villains' after them after they 'find' treasure. They get really deep into it hiding at home, driving all over the place to 'escape' they really really annoy me. GET A FUCKING JOB

We recently banned Vlad and Niki. my 4yo picked up really naughty behaviour from it, just really irritating stuff like banging cutlery on table and shouting "we want food!" I'd almost have preferred him to pick up bad language over annoying behaviour like that. We had a lot of "but Vlad and Niki do that..." protests. It also got all the kids interested in those massive surprise egg Toys, which Vlad and Niki's mum seems to constantly spring upon them, as part of a normal day. Ugh. They are obviously minted as a result of their videos though, so fair play to them.

Can't stand that program about a ladybird that has all the same voice actors as Peppa Pig

Defo blippi, DD recently discovered that it's on prime so she's obsessed at the moment.
Cocomelon, Bing and peppa are banned in this house, I cannot stand them.
She also loves gabbys dollshouse on Netflix which gets a bit grating after a while.

I snapped and deleted YouTube from DD’s tablet because it was driving me IN. SANE. and she was imitating some horrendous behaviour.

She can still watch series like Peppa, Peter Rabbit etc, but we no longer get the total drivel like Baby Bus. I do have fantasies about doing something really appalling to that whiney little shit Bing, though.

I have now banned 99% of YouTube as I couldn’t bear any of it. I can just about tolerate Come Play With Me but DD hasn’t actually asked for it in a while. There was one particularly awful YouTube channel called ‘Kate and Lilly’ which combined awful conspicuous consumption (constant unboxing videos and shopping sprees) with preaching evangelical Christianity. Horrible.

DD now watches loads of Teen Titans on Netflix, which is great as it’s hilarious!

Yes to Elsia and Annia, and the FULLY GROWN MEN playing with the paw patrol toys.

I have a list as long as my arm! The Tannerites, A for Adley, ruby and bonnie, Amelia Avelina and hakim, blippi, tic tac toy(the mother drives me insane), Ellie sparkles, family fun squad ( I think that's what they're called) ninja kids, and many, many others!

My kids are too old for kids TV now (Big Cook Little Cook was my most loathed!) so I'd never heard of Blippi until recently when someone mentioned him and I looked him up. OMG. I would have gone insane if my DC had watched that! The awful fake laughing and whooping and there is something weirdly aggressive about his style. And that's before I knew about PaddleBoardingMomma's link! (which I don't want to watch!)
