So just looking for suggestions of books/ apps that might help.
I'm not big into meditation or anything like that, but I feel like paying more attention to the little pleasures in life might help me feel more content.
I'd love to hear your experiences

Don't be paying for books/ apps, there are plenty of affirmations/ meditations on YouTube. Some really good ones, although I always forget myself Grin

I simply write in my (scruffy "things to do" style) diary something that I'm grateful for that day. Always at the bottom of the page.

Just taking a tiny amount of time to think about it and write it is enough for me. I can look back and see what I've written in the past if I want to ponder a bit more on it.

Simply start by writing 3 things you're grateful for at the end of each day in your phone or an app.

Just keeping a journal works for me. The more you can write, the better. I find semi coherent ramblings really help me work things out.- Penzu or similar if you want to do it online,

What do we mean by ‘grateful’?
