Yoghurt and banana at 8am.
Poached egg x 2 on toasted muffin about 1pm.
Just finished roast chicken, roast potatoes, green beans, carrots, stuffing, gravy and a quarter of a large yorkshire pudding.

2 soft boiled eggs 2 pieces of best of both bread light butter
dinner
small amount of pasta with tomato based sauce rainbow trout fillet
where it went wrong
slushie ripple and Doritos chilli

lunch - roast Chicken, roasties, mangetout, spring greens and carrots for lunch followed by homemade apricot sorbet
supper - toasted cheese sandwich which I sprinkled with pangratto before I cooked it - a revelation. Followed by a pannacotta I made this morning, and a square of an experimental caramel apple cobbler shortbread bar type of thing I made this afternoon.
first day off with a functioning kitchen after major renovation work hence lots of cooking 😂

B: lemon yoghurt with homemade granola. Cup of Earl Grey. Two cups of coffee.

Haven't had lunch yet as having a mammogram so lost my appetite. Plus I had a massive curry last night.

(at aunties:) 1.5 ham and cheese rolls, handful Pringles, side salad
Jam donut, 2 mini donuts, 2 choc bics

salmon, boiled potatoes, sweetcorn (buttered)

Not the best but it’s going straight through at the moment, sorry tmi.

L- huge seeded wrap with falafel, halloumi, hummus, avocado, spinach and tomatoes.

B- home made granola with yoghurt and blueberries, black coffee

Snack post gym, black coffee and almond croissant

L- bacon sarnie, black coffee and water

D- pasta kind of carbonara, just 1 rasher of bacon so added tomatoes and canned green beans. Made it up as I went along, turned out okay. Tinned fruit and ice-cream. Water followed by tea.

L: two slices sourdough with homemade smoked mackerel pate and roast tomatoes. Creme caramel pudding. Kit Kat.

Toast with peanut butter and sliced banana
A fake kitkat mid morning
Wrap with sliced ham, rocket, cucumber and mayo for lunch plus a yoghurt.
Just had chicken thighs, broccoli, carrots and new potatoes for dinner.
Just about got my 5 a day in (doesn’t always happen).

Some salted cashew nuts.
Just had 4 crackers and a piece of cheese with an apple.
