B: overnight oats with berries, a yogurt, some nuts
Snack: a cup of decaf and 3 ryvitas spread with almond butter, a hobnob and a few squares dark chocolate
Lunch: lasagne, half garlic baguette, salad, a fruit salad, chocolate mouse, a slice of banana bread, a slice of lemon drizzle, decaf latte
Snack: a few haribo, half a share sized bag revels, an apple, a banana, some nuts
Dinner: teriyaki salmon fillet, big portion of rice, radish, sugar snap peas, pepper, tenderstem broccoli
Snack: a cup of decaf tea, half a packet of hobnobs, the other half bag of revels a club biscuit, a handful nuts, a bowl of muesli
You'd never guess that I was under 8 stone. Breastfeeding one very hungry baby who sucks all of the calories out of me!!!
