Brunch - rye sourdough, fried mushrooms and tomato, poached egg

A nectarine, a few grapes, a Mrs Crimbles macaroon, a 2-finger Kit Kat and 2 lotus biscuits (through the afternoon, not all at once)

Roast beef, Yorkshire pud, carrots, green beans, tender stem broccoli and 1 small roast potato. Raspberry crumble and custard.

L- ham and pickle barm dipped into a butternut squash soup

D- fillet steak, new potatoes, asparagus, 2 slices of garlic bread

S- a packet of mini protein balls

Yesterday veggie English breakfast which dd prepared for us all for Fathers Day. I had scrambled egg, 2 hash browns, beans, mushrooms and 1 slice of toast with an apple juice. Dh had the version with meat and was far more popular with the cat.

Lots of tea and elderflower drinks

Evening chicken crisps, strawberries and 5 Miam sweets.

This morning tea and giant crumpet with butter.

B- rye bread with a poached egg, strawberries
L- leftover potato and tofu curry, beetroot, grapes
D- more curry ( sick of it now!) grapes

L - salad, Parma ham, feta, cucumber, peppers, sweetcorn. Strawberries and one mini millionaires shortbread
S - apple
D - chickpea, cauliflower and chickpea curry with a teaspoon of greek yoghurt and mango chutney.

D- Tricolore salad (tomato, basil, mozzarella, rocket) pasta with sausages and white wine.
Snacks- Melon and peach in afternoon.
Water and apple juice throughout the day.

Chicken and courgette coconut curry and rice, a few stuffed dates

Thanks Bettycake It was lovely of DD to make it mid GCSEs.

Today had a crumpet for breakfast

Lunch was smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast

Just had apple crumble and custard for dinner.

Drinks lots of cups of tea and one fizzy elderflower and a pimms and lemonade with mint in.

Yoghurt and banana for breakfast

Mezze salad from Co-op (chickpeas, beetroot, hummus etc) for lunch

Spinach gnocchi in homemade tomato and courgette sauce with chorizo and mozzarella with salad (lettuce, tomato, radish, olives, cucumber)

Don't eat breakfast - never hungry first thing, but must have a mug of tea and then a nice coffee or two after the dog walk.

Then had the leftover salad from yesterday in a wrap with cottage cheese - well, to be honest, two wraps filled with salad and cottage cheese (and yes, it was a classic MN "hearty" salad, I didn't NEED two wraps!) - for lunch, then a banana. Then did a tofu stir fry for tea. Will have the leftovers turned into a nice noodle soup tomorrow.

will have a mug of hot milk before bed.
