Help - one child's old passport not received

Sent my childrens' old passports as part of renewal application on 29th March (all to different passport offices). Had notification that 2 of them have been received, last week, and one is already approved. This morning had text about the third one saying old passport not received, please send it. Anyone else had this? Is it just a reflection of different processing times? I sent signed for and have proof of postage, but am a bit worried!

Mine was saying old passport not received for a week after it had arrived, I sent it special delivery so I knew.

This happened to me. I was frantically checking, I was even going to order another birth certificate and send it off again then all of a sudden I had a text saying it had been received. The passport was delivered a few days later. Id sentnoff three at the same time to different places.

Thanks - had not actually thought to track it despite having sent it signed for 🙈 have looked now and it does say it was received 30th March, with a signature ... so hopefully that's reassuring, just worried there may be subsequent points at which it could go missing!
