Positive testing but still having periods

My periods have been all over the place I put this down to the vaccine and my implant being replaced. They have been heavy for 2 days then nothing.

I’ve been unwell and tired for the past 3 months. I did a test to check and it’s positive. I’m going to ring the GP up tomorrow. Surely this is a fluke and a sign of something else?

Anyone had this?

If you're getting positive tests it could be a haematoma causing the bleeding, could be many things.
