What can MH care coordinators do?

I've posted in MH, but wanted to ask here for traffic.

I've got a new care coordinator at my local Adult MH Team. They've asked me what they want them to do for/with me. Apart from working on going out, going over my early warning signs etc, I'm not sure what else they can help with. When I asked them they wouldn't give ideas, so I wanted to ask what others think about things they could do?

So a Care Co-ordinator should liaise with other services you may need to access/need assistance from, so dwp, housing, health (gp etc), work.
