Breadcrumbing Chicken....can you do without egg?

😒 got flour, seasoning chicken breadcrumbs but no eggs!!!

Howcan I get the crumbs to stick??

Yep. Mayonnaise. Or even yoghurt if you don't have any.

I have greek yoghurt could loosen up with milk

Yogurt
Creme fraiche
Mayo
Buttermilk
Milk in a pinch - it's a touch too thin so fiddly but do-able

I've done it without egg

I've often used olive oil.
