Notifications on phone to tell me of viruses

I am getting some notifications from my device/phone on screen to tell me of viruses found.

I'm afraid to open the notifications in case it's a scam of some sort.

Do others here get the same stuff with viruses found and is it bad?

No, never heard of this? Only the NHS Covid app but that is Covid specific. Do you have any idea what app is sending the notifications?

I assumed the OP meant it appears to be an alert for a computer virus?
