Stand Mixer recommendations if you make a lot of bread

I have a Kenwood Chef which DH wrecked by trying to mix too much pizza dough in. It whines now when you try to mix a load of bread dough, but seems ok for something less tough like cake mix.

I need something stronger, we mainly make bread and pizza doughs rather than cake so it needs to have a decent motor.

I have a 1970s kenwood chef and it is amazing for bread but I would not use it for a larger quantity than 1 kg of flour in one batch. How much dough was he mixing?

Might be worth getting your kenwood serviced.
I have two mixing bowls for mine so it's easy to do two batches.

Kitchen aid. Solid, can cope with large, heavy doughs. Costly, though.
