Are you happy today?

And are you happier or less happy today than you are in general?

I’m happy today. I don’t work weekends so have the day to potter around, walk the dogs, do some light housework. Might get a takeaway later.

Generally happy in life too but the things that tend to make me unhappy aren’t bothering me right now.

Not so happy today. I'm coming down with what I pretty sure is a cold plus I'm having to work. Also questioning my relationship.

On the other hand I had a great night away with some friends a few days ago so that's something positive!

No, unfortunately today feeling overwhelmed and tired. I'm feeling a bit dizzy too.
I want to spend meaningful time with DD but can't seem to focus.
Usually I'm a happy bunny. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Yes. I have a cold but I’ve tidied the house and I’m now lying on the sofa rewatching catastrophe, I’d forgotten how funny it is.

DH and DD at work. I feel I should be gardening in this sunshine but it can wait.

I'm happy today. Went out for a sunny walk with DH this morning and then to a bakery. As soon as we were inside the bakery there was a big hailstorm, but it was back to sunshine when we got outside.
Now DH is out with DS for the afternoon and I have the house to myself, with chocolate, tea and podcasts.
The second load of washing is drying on the line, and dinner is already prepped.
I have nothing much to do for the rest of today.
