Teen last minute travel to Spain - confused

DD is due to travel to spain on Monday. We have family there and it's a last minute thing.

She is 16 and double vaccinated but doesn't have the NHS app and can't seem to get it to register her identity verification. She has now had to post a video of herself holding a passport and got a generated message saying that her ID will be verified in 24 hours. I didn't have to do this and am confused. I'm also not confident that the 24 hours thing is going to work.

What can we do?

Call the number on the website and they will help you access it immediately. Worked for me in same situation

They said they couldn't help.

I can't even find definitive up to date information on what is required.

Is it just the app showing double vacc'd status?

DS and his GF both had this message when registering on the NHS app for our holiday last October. The verification came through in a couple of hours max so fingers crossed for you .

My daughters verification came through in about seven hours.
