Are there still secret hotel deals?

I remember there used to be websites that sold last minute hotel deals for unnamed hotels. Do they still exist? I’ve tried googling and every site seems to name the hotels and give the usual prices.

I used Priceline a few times in the past - they have Express Deals where they would give some clues and then reveal the name of the hotel after you booked. They also had a "name your price" function as well - you sent offers to hotels to see if they would take your booking at the price you suggested and you were committed if they accepted - not sure if that's still a thing though.
