Sent my DS's old passport to the passport office 2 weeks ago so we can renew and have just received a text saying they haven't received it. Naturally the text came through 10 mins after their telephone helpline closes for the day so I'll be stressing over it all night now. (I sent it 1st class signed for but stupidly can't find the postage receipt so can't prove this.)
Anyone else had a similar problem. Wondering if it's a problem with Royal Mail or the Passport Office are just shit. We go on our first foreign holiday in 5 years in a few weeks, so stressing a bit now.
