We had a landline with BT but after price rises we have changed to sky.
(need a landline for elderly parents to contact)
This changed yesterday. We have tried to set up a new phone direct to the sky hub but we are still getting the old message from the answer machine. The new phone doesn't ring just goes straight to the old message.
We still have BT sport as well.
Will this change when we have paid the final bill.
There is nothing wrong with the phone as we have tried it at our sons house and it rings.
