So I've always had annoyingly big legs. They're like a rock to touch. My calves are twice the size of my H and they're super muscly. I can only put it down to walking on my tip toes when I was younger
I started off at 10 stone 2. I am now 10 stone 8! Same diet. Healthy. But boring. I have Asperger's so eat the same things
Definitely eating well though. And I've put on weight! My thighs are even bigger and my calves too. I've been skipping 'leg day' but yet they keep bloody growing
I don't have much body fat around my waist. But I've also now got very big arms. Again muscle. It's awful
Can someone please tell me why I can't get the lean look?
I am lifting small weights and doing spin classes and swimming, and some Pilates
