Hi, has anyone had a letter from the Britannia Building Society advising their cash card is being withdrawn from June 2022 for what seems to be operational reasons? We have an offset mortgage and have a sum of money in an account to reduce our interest payments, never defaulted etc but our cash card is being cancelled with the only option to withdraw being in person, at a branch, which is miles away. Nothing has been set up for online withdrawals/transfers and so far our investigations have been met with tough, sorry. But no explanation as to why it help to access the account other than in person which just isn’t practical. Many thanks
