Best website for selling handmade products

I have recently started making handmade products and at the moment I am selling to local shops and at fairs.
I know I need to look further afield but I am stuck when it comes to the best website (best value for money).

Does anyone sell and have any advice for a novice?

Instagram?

EBay is good because you only pay when you sell so you may as well list there.

Etsy is good but there is a fee to list (20 cents)

Both then take a portion of the final selling fee so think about that when you’re pricing up.

Thanks. I already use Instagram and Facebook. I wanted a more shop feel to my website.
I looked into Etsy but not sure on the fee structure.

Shopify was another but its £24 per month and that seems high.

Etsy is good; I think their fees are fair.

The thing with Shopify is that you have to direct your own traffic to the website, eBay and Etsy bring you the customers. The fee structure on Etsy isn’t too bad
