I go to a lot of stand up comedy shows, I booked a lot of them pre covid, a lot were postponed which is understandable.
I have had tickets for Alan Carr booked for over 9 months and was due to go at the end of April.
Went into my ticketmaster account tonight and my Alan Carr tickets have randomly been canelled. I ordered two tickets, Which were supposed to be posted out, now in my account it is saying 4xpost tickets, It is now showing four tickets in my account, my two that I ordered, then two more next to them with the same seat numbers which both say 'your ticket has been cancelled'
If I go to try to get help from ticketmaster it is telling me to log in again, When I try to do so it is now telling me my email is not registered on the site, saying the same if I do forgotten password.
Anyone else having problems or just me? Does it sound like I have been hacked? What do I do? They are not replying on twitter.
