I saw on here the other day someone say that their energy meter display had not been updated and the current usage costs were still based on the old cheaper tariffs - I’m with eon next and checked mine
Yes, still showing old tariffs and so costs shown were incorrect
I phoned them, 30mins listening to music and then 30 mins of unplug, move the meter, I’ll forward your query to blah blah etc and no change
I emailed [email protected] an hour ago, had a reply and the in house display meter is all updated
Thought I’d share as I’m sure I won’t be the only one this happened to
