Having no luck getting through on the phone or understanding from the website...does anyone know if there is a model village at Lands End and if there is a fee to enter?

This unfavourable review (although 2015) says you have to pay £10 to have your photo taken under the sign so I imagine there would be a hefty entrance fee!

Posted too soon, just wanted to bump and say I couldn’t find any other info either. Odd for an ‘attraction’.

I don't remember one at all, nor see it on the website, but if there is one you would have to pay as part of the entrance fee for the site.
If you're keen on model villages in Cornwall, then Polperro is the place to be.

I can’t remember there being a model village at Land’s End and I’ve been there 3 times in the last year. Theres a cafe, pasty shop, hotel, playground and a few little fairground type rides that are open during school holidays. It’s mostly aimed at pensioners on coach trips.

Thanks so much everyone.

Polperro is firmly on the list. :)

I'll try ringing them again. The online info is leaving me feeling 50/50!

I haven't been for quite some time, but I don't remember there being a model village there?

I last visited around 5 years but I also had a summer job at Lands End as a student many years ago.
At both periods in time there was no entry fee to the complex. Just a car park fee and then tickets for the different exhibitions/shows they ran.
There is a public footpath right through the site so you can walk around the coast and straight in.
The model village of 5 years ago was a very small side show and you could wander around it for free.

I have a reply!

"Hi, yes we have a model village here! The only fee you would need to pay to see the model village is the car parking fee! This would entitle you to all day parking here at Land’s End."
