Scottish Power- submit Economy 7 meter reading for 31st March

Has anyone else had difficulty and succeeded in registering Economy 7 night and day meter readings for 31st March with Scottish Power?

Naturally I tried to do this on 31st online, but the website was down.

Then on the 1st April they put a link up to submit readings for 31st - but it's only for single rate electricity so we can't use that.

I emailed and the reply I got today told to use the above mentioned link 🤦‍♀️.
It's so frustrating!

Has anyone submitted them via telephone and been able to give a date of 31st March recently? I don't want to input the data only for it to be charged on April prices!

All the companies have extended their dates for end of March readings. So long as it is within reasonable limits they will accept end of March readings for 31st March until 7 April (ish).

Ideally you will have photographed the meter and emailed the photo to yourself but, unless your readings are way out that won't be an issue
