Does anyone know if they are continuing with these into the future, instead of F2F appts?

I had a face to face apt in Oct last year. I was phoned to see if I would accept a cancellation and the apt. was 2 days later.

Thanks, yes I'm aware of what it can be like claiming PIP, I have been to appeals twice myself...just wondered if they are keeping the phone appts for the future in case of renewals (not for another couple of years but stressed already about it)

Oh, that's interesting I thought they were mainly over the phone recently.
