I have 2 large boxes full of "shredding" to get through which is obviously a task I have put off and consequently has built up.

Is there a quicker way to get rid of this than putting it through the shredder 5 sheets at a time?

Burn it or douse it in liquid and let it turn to mush then drain the liquid off and bin.

Either burn it - fire pit etc or contact someone like Shredall who will come and shred it for you.

Google portable shredding companies in your area. They can come to your house , shred your stuff in the back of their truck ( you can watch if you wish) and give you a certificate to say it’s done.
They do have minimum charges, so I would normally share a load with my sister , or my friends.
So worth it.
