How has your weight changed since Christmas ?

Christmas 2020 11 months after having DC2 I weighed 63kg ( with is the low side of my ideal weigh)

Christmas 2021 up at 75.5kg, just I think from too many many many biscuits and cakes munched in a dazed sleep deprived state.

This year I've been trying to loose, but finding the bad habits hard to crack, also over 40 now, with small children excuses but sitting at 72 kg this morning. Trying to get to 65kg ( I'm 5 ft 9)

What about you ?

Well I’m 8 months pregnant so I’ve gained a good 15kg since Christmas! Looking forward to (hopefully) losing it once baby arrives in May. My fighting weight is 67kg (5'11" so that gives me a BMI of 20) so I'd like to get back to that by next Christmas...

The lbs have been sticking to me since Christmas. Longer nights should see me being able to exercise more all being well.

Ohhh, I was well porky after Christmas last year, and felt gross.

I had so many leftover goodies I didn't cut back until well into January, when I hit 11 stone 3 (heaviest ever - I'm 5 foot 7). Am now back on the low carb wagon and down to 10 stone 9, and hoping to get below 10 7 by the time we go on holiday next month.

I know low carbing works for me, but it's a long game.

@CointreauVersial I know my previous heaviest was 11 stone, so I feel weird being glad I've got down to more than that now Confused. Must of been in denial about how I looked. Especially remember tucking into various things at kids parties and thinking oh most " mums said best not."

I have been reducing carbs and snacking, but I had been really enjoying the really refined ones. Finding it very difficult
