Allison homes part exchange

Thinking of buying a new allison home.

They offer part exchange which takes the hassle out of selling.

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Not with Allison Homes, but we part-exchanged with another company and the process was very straightforward. We didn't have to push up the offer for our home, they offered a very fair price. We also managed to arrange to have a weekend to move upon completion. This really helped us.
