bullying at work - i think

we have a couple of new staff members
one started before the other
the established one has decided openly she does not like the new staff member
and excludes her
and another colleague mimed spitting in the new lady's coffee yesterday - just awful
i find this intolerable

should i speak to line manager?

Crikey, where do you work?! Yes speak to your manager. Make sure she will keep it anonymous tho. Don't get dragged into it too much. Just report the facts.

the spitting lady is not new but she was doing it to show the trouble maker how mean she can be too! - i guess
