WFH jobs for a few hours a week - suggestions?

To boost our household income (thanks to rising fuel costs!) I'm just starting out looking for something I can do from home, for around 7-10 hours a week and I've no idea where to start.
Probably admin, customer service, data entry or possibly proof-reading type work although I'd love it to be more creative. Any suggestions of where to look?

A family member recently recommended that I should look at:

www.fiverr.com/ but I don't know if this was helpful or not. I think I would rather do it for one organisation, rather than put myself out there and deal with a bunch of different people and industries.

But have a look and see if this appeals and a category that you sign yourself up to.

@expat101 I found the majority of people wanting work through that site (and the others like it) want the world for pennies. I'm a graphic designer and it was quite difficult realising that various clients would pay approx £50 for an identity and guidelines that would take 3-4 days to develop at a minimum.

I can't add much help with wfh roles, but if you have a creative skillset promote it via LinkedIn posts and you may end up finding your first client?

At first, I thought it was a scam, but on a good month they earn good 'pocket money'. Wouldn't pay the bills and can't be relied on.

Although the reality is that I think you are unlikely to find a job with this flexibility. You may do better working an occasional shift in hospitality (restaurants, pubs, hotels)

PLEASE don't suggest proofreading. It's a skilled job that you need professional editorial training for. It's not just about spotting typos 🙄 and the market is very very competitive.

I found it confusing to navigate so went no further with it.

just another idea, DD was marking on line for her former university. She ran out of available time, but mentioned tutors often have difficulty in getting markers. So I would suggest anyone with a industry specific degree could try some of the universities in their home country.

Audio transcription would be a good idea. I WFH doing this and can choose how many hours I do and when I do them. I do about 3-4 hours a day at the moment working around baby's naps and bedtime and bring in about 600 a month. As he gets older I will increase my hours flexibly around him and nursery etc

Parish clerk , though you might need to attend an evening meeting once a month or so.
