Day in London to celebrate 18 year old birthday

I'm after ideas for an 18 year old to celebrate her birthday in London. Going with a couple of friends, no overnight stay required, just ideas for what they can do. An idea of bottomless brunch somewhere vibrant in for example Covent Garden or somewhere similar. Perhaps an activity, dinner and drinks, somewhere funky and 'cool'. Mainly in the West End please.
