Did meter readings yesterday and put them online but couldn't see them updated when I woke up today so thought I'd try and the website was broken. So phoned up and got told the waiting time was 12.5-18hrs and luckily an hour and a half later I get through and they say it's updated and I asked for new prices so I could pay and I get put on hold and eventually the phone said the other person had cleared. I was a bit iffy to phone back as they said they'd updated the readings.
I did phone back this time an estimated 3.5hr wait and again like 1.5hrs later I get through again and they didn't update the readings before like they said so this time they did it and got them to send an invoice. So it was hectic.
I obviously didn't suffer alone how was everyone else's experience today?
