Suggestions for drinks in Manchester Saturday night / Brunch Sunday

I’ve had a look at a few old threads but a lot of them are pre- or mid-pandemic and I’d imagine quite a few places have closed since then- or maybe new ones opened.

We’ve got dinner booked Sat night so just want somewhere for drinks. We’re staying near Manc Picc Stn so ideally walking distance from there.

For drinks: Escape to Freight Island, Cottonopolis or The Alchemist New York Street
For brunch: Moose Coffee, Dulcie Street Warehouse or Turtle Bay
