I'm in recovery from an ED and have been for a few years now, just had my first baby and it is so fodfult to make time to eat, don't want to slip in to old habits so I am going to be updating this thread to make sure I am eating properly.

D - chicken korma wraps with tikka rice and salad
I stick to the same safe foods I know that I'll eat
