Rest in peace Eleanor

14 week old Eleanor was killed at the hands of her father. Once again a catalogue of poor excuses given to hide the neglect and abuse of a newborn baby.

I don't know why I'm writing this. Just to acknowledge her really. I have to believe in the afterlife because I have to believe that she is safe and at peace now.

Rest in peace angel. I'm so very sorry you were so badly let down.
@LndnGrl I had to stop reading the baby p thread at this
If she has served her sentence and she poses no risk to the public, then there is absolutely no legitimate reason for keeping her in prison. Raab trying to prevent her release is nothing more than cynical political posturing designed to pander to public ignorance and vindictiveness.

Why is the argument always 'oh you're just ignorant and vindictive, to want to keep her locked up' ?!
God knows. But I've just learned on that thread that she walked in on one of them raping her 2yr old daughter. I didn't know that. It's horrific to think of her being released.

Yes sorry for the derail. Poor Eleanor. I'm off to read about her now, I wasn't aware of her story 😔

No apologies necessary. I feel like a bit of my heart breaks every time one of these stories surfaces and they are so frequent

@TheLovleyChebbyMcGee congratulations, I think we have children of similar ages
