Made a bolognaise sauce late last night (mince, tinned tomatoes etc). Left it to cool and completely forgot to put it the fridge overnight. Realised and refrigerated it at 7am today. Will it be ok to reheat and eat for dinner tomorrow night?
Just in case the above not clear: bolognaise made and left out of fridge for 7 hours. Then refrigerated for 36 hours. Will it be ok to eat?
