Frozen pizza dough help...

I have a ball of frozen pizza dough,sainsbury, inthe freezer. Have thrown away the instructions. Anyone know what I supposed to do to it? Just thaw, stretch out and top ,or....?

Defrost for 4 hours at room temp but if you need it quicker, you can do it in the microwave, instructions on the NPD website.
