What’s that beautiful estate called off Muswell Hill

Does anyone know what the situation is with that estate off Muswell Hill, on the left hand side as you go up the hill. The houses are very pretty and it looks like a private estate, there are barriers at the end of several of the roads. I think it may be called Cascade Avenue. Is it private. The houses almost look like almhouses. I’m just being nosy. I’d love to live there.

Googling Cascade Avenue gives me:
