I'm asking friends to email photos to me of a very close friend who died in an accident last week.

The photos will be used at the wake after the funeral on a screen like a rolling screen of photos if that makes sense?

Is it a collage? A montage? Something else? My mind has gone blank and I want to make sure I word this correctly on his Facebook page .

Thanks

Sideshow?

1MillionSelfiesTakenByMyKids · 29/03/2022 20:27

Or photo reel

SpringHasSprungYay · 29/03/2022 20:32

Slideshow.

I think a montage is film.

Collage is when you put them all together in one image.

Slideshow. That's the one . Thankyou so much xx

I'm so sorry you've lost your friend Dart đŸŒ·

Yes, sorry for blunt response. Have covid and am not thinking straight so I just blurted the answer.

I am so sorry you've lost your friend and I wish you all the best putting the slideshpw together. It's a lovely tribute and will pay testament to the wonderful life they lived. If you want a recommendation the online programme, canva, makes a really nice sideshow and isn't too complex to use. It creates lovely transitions between images and you can add text and effects easily.
Take care x

I like memory video, slideshow seems impersonal. I'm sorry for your loss

goaskmum · 30/03/2022 13:52

Sounds like it’s a slideshow.

Sorry for your loss. Take care Flowers
