Tunisia or Egypt for active teens

We are looking to book our first holiday for years and possibly the last one our older teen will want to come on with us. Our boys will be 13 and 16 they are very active but not keen on kids club type things even the teen versions. They want to drive quad bikes, ride camels, go jet skiing and go snorkeling. So which would you recommend Sousse area in Tunisia or Sharm El Sheik area Egypt?

I haven't been to either in years, but here are a few things we did;

Tunisia: we did a 2 day excursion via our tour company. We visited the Colosseum, which is often used for filming as an alternative to Rome (Gladiator was filmed there). We also visited the Star Wars bar from the original trilogy and did a camel ride in the desert.
Tunisia has a lot less doing for it otherwise and is pretty quiet.

Egypt: the coral reefs were amazing and on that alone, way above Tunisia. Our hotel beach had coral reefs a few feet into the sea, so you had all these amazing fish swimming around you at waist level. Sharm was may more buzzing than Tunisia. We did a day trip to Cairo, which was exhausting, but amazing, as we saw the pyramids and King Tuts mask in the Museum. We also did a snorkel trip which was amazing.

@purpledagger thank you, yes that kind of fits with what I've been finding with my googling.
