Hello
I have a very small studio flat. I preioiusly had a sofa bed with a very thick sprung mattres. The sofa bed broke after 25 years which is good going in my opinion so I had more than my moneys worth. The same kind of sofa bed is now three times what I paid for my bed back in the day and I cannot justify the price (over 2k)
I did buy a new inepensive sofa bed but it is not that comfy and the mattress is not a thick sprung one.
I just goodled around and came across the Jaybe folding bed with thick sprung mattress which is good because I had such a mattress on my old sofa bed. Some of the Jaybe folding beds have an even thicker mattres. They cost about 150 for a single and about 240 for a double one. This is the answer to my prayers because I can afford one and the mattress is so thick you can use if for every day use.
Has anyone ever used one? My parents used to hae one to use when I visited and it was comfortable and it did not occur to me to get one. I will keep the sofa bed to use as a sofa and get a folding bed which I can fold up and stash away after use. If you see how thick the mattress is you can see how it can be used as a regular bed for those with small spaces.
